If you receive a product or a size that you did not order, email or call us and we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the error at our cost. We will also send you the proper item immediately. See the Returns area below for specific details on returned items. Shipping Neil's Men's Shop offers FREE shipping on all U.S. orders. We ship via UPS ground. Shipping times will vary based on availability and tailoring. If faster shipping is desired please contact us for faster shipping options. Payment for Orders We receive payment for all orders by Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card through PayPal using their secure shopping cart system...or...direct from your PayPal account. We also accept payment by eCheck through PayPal, but please be advised that eChecks will take from 3 - 7 business days to clear before your order can be shipped. Returns & Exchanges You can return most items sold by Neilsmensshop.com within 14 days of delivery (We understand that during the holiday season we will need to increase this time limit to 30 days). Returned items must have all original tags and be in perfect sellable condition. To qualify, simply initiate the return within 14 days of delivery and ensure that the item is in its original condition & in the original packaging. We must receive your item back within 20 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return. Shipment back to you on exchanged items is FREE. Return of Most Items Your refund will be the full purchase price of the item. Customers are responsible for all return shipping. All Jeans come in standard inseam lengths of 30, 32, and 34 inches...Jeans ordered with any inseam length other than these standard lengths are hemmed to order and are NOT RETURNABLE.
